We are pleased to announce Office Hours…a new way for your regional Partner Technical Strategist (PTS) to be available and accessible to you!
Here’s how it will work: each regional PTS will host a monthly Office Hours session. These one-hour sessions will allow the PTS to provide product training, discuss new and upcoming features, and answer questions from the session attendees. It will be an open forum, where our partners can ask and even answer other partners’ questions, via the chat box or by unmuting their microphones.…
